The Sunshine Clinic is a private medical Clinic which specialises in sexual health, Contraception, Travel Medicine, general medicine and occupational medicine. The clinic is held at Stourside Hospital, Stourbridge. The clinic specialises in all conditions caused by sexually transmitted infections. A full personal and confidential service is provided, including screening, diagnosis, treatment and after care. 

We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week for consultation & advice. We are seeing emergency appointments and daily face-to-face appointments are available including weekends and bank holidays.

Dr. Prabhat Sood

Dr. Sood is Consultant Physician in Integrated Sexual Health and HIV Medicine since 2004. Dr Sood has Certificate of Specialist Training in Genitourinary and HIV Medicine from Edinburgh. He is Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians Edinburgh. He has MD, Diploma in Genitourinary, Psychosexual, Tropical and Travel Medicine and has Masters in Medical Management.

Dr Sood is working as Consultant Physician (Locum) in Integrated Sexual Health at the Bishton Court Sexual Health Clinic at Telford for a number of years. He was Consultant in Dudley group of Hospital till 2010.

Dr Sood has number of publications in national and international journals. He was General Secretary of West Midlands GUM Consultant Committee and British International Doctors Association (Dudley and Kidderminster Branch). Dr Sood is actively involved in Academics and is a keen teacher. He is Examiner for PACES with the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh.

Dr Sood is a highly profession doctor ; he is pleasant and caring when dealing with his patients and the level of experience  and knowledge he has of his craft is evident.
